A simple idea grew into a great passion. Today, over 40 varieties of garlic from around the world grow in our fields in Austria.
OUR PHILOSOPHY is that of permaculture. We use regenerative farming practices. We propagate the plants ourselves and fertilize them with manure and compost from our own farm—naturally, without the use of any chemicals. Our practices are organic, but not certified.
The process—from planting to harvesting and drying in our garlic loft—is long but wonderful.
You can purchase our garlic online or directly from our farm from late July until around Easter. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Every August we celebrate our harvest at our annual Garlic Festival!

Please note that for online sales we have a 30€ order minimum, which usually equates to at least 1 kilo of garlic.

Annual Garlic Festival
Over ten years ago we decided to celebrate our harvest with an open door event and every year we're delighted to see how much it grows.

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Come for an official tour of the farm by the garlic experts themselves. See over 60 varieties of tomatoes, 50 varieties of garlic, pigs, Sulmtaler chickens, goats, and how it all works. Tours start approx. every half hour, just show up :)
Stay for some delicious food! There will be a garlic cream soup, our own farm-raised pork on the grill, a vegetarian curry with rice, and drinks/beer on tap. Finish it up with a coffee and some homemade cake or Pofesen.
Did we mention there will be lots and lots of garlic for sale? All of our products will be available to buy.
