A garlic tasting experience

Compare garlic side by side. Try each variety in the same dish and notice how differently they behave. Some are sweet and mellow when roasted, while others have a sharp heat and lingering finish when used raw.

What's in the pack?

Each pack contains 4 different garlic varieties.

Your selection will vary throughout the season depending on availability, but we aim to include a balance of different garlic groups and flavour profiles.

Below is an example of what a mix could look like. 

We select each pack deliberately, considering:

• Heat — from mild and mellow to hot and intense
• Flavour — sweet, rich, savoury, spicy and complex
• Garlic groups — a range of different genetic types and characteristics
• Cooking uses — varieties suited to roasting, sautéing, raw dishes and more
• Storage — including both shorter- and longer-storing varieties
• Seasonal availability — the selection changes as different varieties become available
